Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Logan Mechanical, LLC for using this website and our services.
Last updated: June 26, 2026
The short version
By using this site you agree to these terms. Anything our online tools show you is an estimate for general guidance — not a quote or a binding agreement. Pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. The site is provided “as is,” our liability is limited, and disputes are governed by Maryland law and — if we can’t resolve them informally — by binding individual arbitration (you can opt out within 30 days). Please read the full terms below.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of loganmechanical.org (the “Site”) and the services of Logan Mechanical, LLC (“Logan Mechanical,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
2. Our services
Logan Mechanical provides residential and commercial heating, cooling, and air-quality services across Maryland · Washington, D.C. · Virginia. Site content describes our services generally; the specific scope, price, and terms of any work are set out in a written estimate or service agreement.
3. Estimates & quotes are non-binding
Prices, availability, and recommendations on the Site or produced by our interactive tools are estimates for general information only. They are not an offer or a binding quote and may change. A binding price exists only in a written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties.
4. AI & automated-content disclaimer
The Site may use automated tools and AI-assisted content to power features such as our cost, sizing, and repair-or-replace estimators and symptom guide, and to help produce educational content. These outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate, are illustrative only, are not professional, engineering, or legal advice, and should not be relied on as a diagnosis or a quote. We apply human oversight but do not guarantee any automated output. Always confirm specifics with a Logan Mechanical technician.
5. No professional advice
Site content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Decisions about your HVAC system should be made with a qualified technician who has assessed your home.
6. Intellectual property & license
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by or licensed to Logan Mechanical and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, using it unlawfully, or submitting false information or another person’s information without authorization.
8. Your submissions
Information you submit (for example, through a form) must be accurate and yours to provide. You grant us permission to use it to respond to and provide the services you request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You control how we use analytics and advertising data. To review what we collect or to opt out, see Your Privacy Choices in our Privacy Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
9. Third-party services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as financing partners, mapping, scheduling, analytics, or payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. This section concerns the Site; warranties for installed equipment and workmanship are addressed in your written service agreement and the applicable manufacturer warranty.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGAN MECHANICAL, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logan Mechanical, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Text messaging
Logan Mechanical does not operate an automated or marketing text-messaging program. If a member of our team texts you directly about your request, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply and you can reply STOP at any time to stop. See the Privacy Policy (“Phone calls & text messages”) for details.
14. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
15. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration & class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and limits the ways you can seek relief.
Informal resolution first. We’d like the chance to make things right. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us using the details in Section 20 and give us 30 days to work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
Binding arbitration. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you and Logan Mechanical agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except as provided below. The arbitration will be held in or near Prince George's County, Maryland, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Maryland law governs these Terms and the interpretation of this arbitration agreement; the Federal Arbitration Act governs its enforceability.
Class-action waiver. You and Logan Mechanical agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to or misuse of the Site. Any dispute not subject to arbitration remains governed by the law and venue in Section 14.
16. Pricing, billing & financing
Amounts for services are set out in your written estimate or service agreement. Financing options may be available through third-party lenders and are subject to their separate terms and credit approval; ask us for current details.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
19. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Logan Mechanical regarding the Site.
