Started by a tradesman who took pride in the work
Logan Mechanical was founded in 2016 by Tristan Smith, an honors graduate of the Local 602 apprenticeship program. After years on the tools, Tristan started the company on a simple, old-fashioned belief: a heating and cooling system should be installed the right way the first time — and the customer should be treated like a neighbor, not a number.
Mid-Atlantic weather is hard on equipment. Logan Mechanical earns its keep on the jobs that separate a real contractor from a parts-changer: a correctly sized system, a clean install, and honest advice on whether to repair or replace.
