Plan 1: Single Zone ($285/year)

- 2 seasonal maintenance visits per year

- Equipment covered: furnaces, heat pumps, A/C, boilers, mini-splits, water heaters

Plan 2: Two Zones ($455/year)
- Covers 1 HVAC system, 2 zones via zoning control system
- 2 seasonal maintenance visits per year (includes thermostats, dampers, control panels)
- 10% off new installations and repairs

- Eligible for extended labor warranties
- Equipment covered: same as single zone
- Excludes filters, belts, refrigerant, and replacement parts (discounted for members)
Plan 3: Multi-Zone (3-4 zones, $585/year)
- Covers 1 HVAC system, up to 4 zones
- 2 seasonal maintenance visits per year (includes thermostats, dampers, sensors, control panels)
- 10% off new installations and repairs
- Refrigerant and service fees locked in
- Access to secure client portal
- Eligible for extended labor warranties
- Equipment covered: same as single zone
- Excludes filters, belts, refrigerant, and replacement parts (discounted for members)
- Systems with more than 4 zones require additional membership
